After an impactful 30-year career in management consulting at notable firms Booz & Co., A.T. Kearney, and recently retiring from Ernst & Young (EY), I can fulfill my sincere passion as an independent advisor—to help organizations improve business and leadership performance.

Based on my years of advising clients through strategic growth, changing consumer preferences, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, business transformations, and disruption, I am uniquely positioned to help organizations achieve their strategic and operational goals. Leaders need to inspire their organizations and demonstrate authenticity and courage. Leaders cannot simply expect others to follow based on power, position, or seniority. I welcome the opportunity to leverage lessons I have learned regarding how to harness personal leadership as a prerequisite to achieve organizational goals. In addition, leaders need to motivate others in their organization to bring their best every day. Merely setting up diverse Business Resource Groups (BRGs) is not enough, they must drive people engagement. Engaged people have a sense of belonging, share unique gifts, and are professionally fulfilled, thereby contributing to business results and the overall success of the enterprise.
