After an impactful 30-year career in management consulting at notable firms Booz & Co., A.T. Kearney, and Ernst & Young (EY), I can fulfill my sincere passion as an independent advisor—to help organizations improve business and leadership performance.

Leaders need to inspire their organizations and demonstrate authenticity and courage. Leaders cannot simply expect others to follow based on power, position, or seniority.
